The following recommended Poly (Plantronics) headsets are compatible with 8x8 Work for Desktop for Windows or Mac. These models support integrated call control when you connect a wired headset via USB or a wireless headset using its included USB Bluetooth dongle. Integrated call control functionality allows users to answer, hang up or mute calls using the buttons on the headset.
Integrated call control can be activated in the 8x8 Work app settings.
