The Cisco 9861 IP Phone features a 5 inch color backlit display, Gigabit ethernet, dual band Wi-Fi, 10 programmable line keys, top and front LED status indicators, built-in Bluetooth, and dual USB ports. One platform with PhoneOS provides support for Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Broadworks, and 3rd Party Cloud Calling (3PCC/OpenSIP) - all in one device.
