The Cisco 9841 IP Phone features a 3.5 inch backlit display, Gigabit ethernet, 4 programmable line keys, top and front LED status indicators, and single USB port. One platform with PhoneOS provides support for Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Broadworks, and 3rd Party Cloud Calling (3PCC/OpenSIP) - all in one device.

- One USB-A port for connecting USB headsets or Bluetooth headset dongle
- 2-port 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet switch
- USB port can also be used to charge a mobile device when the 9841 is powered via AC outlet
- One platform with PhoneOS provides support for all platforms - Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Broadworks, or 3rd Party Cloud Calling (3PCC/OpenSIP)
- Built-in Action button can be configured for any use case (e.g. emergency alerts, security, IT, front desk, broadcast/paging, and more)
- One Button to Push (OBTP) allows you to quickly join any meeting from the device's screen when registered to WebEx calling
- Equipped with government grade security so communications are encypted end-to-end
- Powered via Power over Ethernet (802.3af), optional PoE injector, or optional AC adapter (sold separately; see drop down option above)
- Wall mountable with optional wall mount kit

- Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM) 12.5 or above (not all CUCM versions support Cisco Desk Phone 9800 Series natively, dev pack and device enabler file (QED) might be required)
