The Cisco 9800 Key Expansion Module provides 20 additional programmable keys for your Cisco 9851, 9861, or 9871 IP phone. Each KEM supports up to 40 lines (2 pages of 20). Buttons can be programmed as line keys, speed-dial buttons, or other supported phone feature buttons.

- When more than one KEM is added to a Cisco 9861 or 9871, an external power supply is required
