| The Cisco 8811 IP Phone with Multiplatform Firmware supports third-party call control on supported open SIP, third-party UCaaS voice and video platforms. It uses exclusive multiplatform (MPP) firmware and does not work with Cisco call control. The Cisco 8811 features a large grayscale display and supports wideband audio. This phone model is ideal for knowledge workers and teleworkers in mid-sized to large enterprises.
