- Requires Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 8.5(1) and later; Cisco Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) 8.0 (with Cisco IOS Software Release 15.1(1)T) and later
- Requires Cisco IP Phone 8800 firmware 10.2(2) and later
